This is Pinkie Pie from the My Little Pony: Ponyville line. This is one of the mini PVC figurines, measuring approximately 2 inches tall, dated 2008. This is the Pony by herself and with no packaging or any accessories. She is in good condition with some light wear from normal handling. See pictures for details.
