This is a light activated Christmas decoration called the Solar Dancing Snowman. This is one of those toys that moves by itself when light hits its solar cell. It is approximately 4 1/2 inches tall, and works as shown in the demonstration video (of all the Christmas Solar Dancers I have for sale individually) on my BitChute channel at: https://www.bitchute.com/video/vk7Ncr9N22M6/
This is still considered unused, removed from the packaging for this photo shoot and the above video. It, and the packaging do have some shelf wear though. See pictures for details.
