This is a Rumple Skins Pound Puppy from Tonka - 1985. This one was apparently part of a set of twins (I do not have the other). It is approximately 8 1/2 inches long and has one of its tags. It looks like there may have been a second tag back there at one time, but it is long gone. Lastly, there are some light scratches and scuffs on the eyes.
