This is a hard wood carved dolphin figurine. There are no identifying markings on her and I have no idea what type of wood she is made from, but she is pretty solid and thick and feels rather hefty in my hand. The design and feel make me think this one is from the 1960s or 1970s. She measures about 8 inches long from nose to the tip of her flukes, and sits 3 1/2 inches to the top of the dorsal fin. As shown, she is in good condition with some wear from age and normal handling. See pictures for details.
