This is an aluminum or tin three cup flour measurer and sifter from Bromwell. It measures 5 inches tall at the rear, 5 3/4" tall at the front, and 4 1/2 inches across. I think this is from the 1960s or 70s. It comes as shown; in over all decent condition with wear from age and normal use, and can most likely use a normal cleaning. See pictures for details.
