This is a round stoneware (possibly ceramic) collector coaster from Soroptimist International of Camelback (whatever that means). It is about 4 1/4 inches in diameter, has a humming bird design, cork backing, and is dated 1995. As shown, it is in excellent condition with light wear from age and normal handling.
