This is Minnie's Giant Plan, book 3 of the Walt Disney Young Reader series, dated 1990. It is in over all decent condition with wear on the covers and spine from age and normal use. Most notable are a tear on the top edge of the first page, plus it looks like there was a tear on another page as well, but was repaired with some clear tape. Lastly, there are some ink or crayon marks on some of the activities at the back. See pictures for details.
