This is a collector plate from Avon, released way back in 1973, and commemorating Betsy Ross. It is approximately 9 inches in diameter, and comes in a box with protective foam, as well as the outer paper sleeve for the box. The box has some wear from age and normal handling. The plate itself is in nice condition, but also possibly with normal light wear. See pictures for details.
