This is a Sesame Street Rock n Roll Elmo from Tyco / Mattel, dated 1998. He runs on 3 AA batteries (not included), and mostly works as shown in the demonstration video on my YouTube Channel at: youtu.be/PaiUD6y7ds8. I say mostly, because his strumming hand does not work, and needs repaired.
He dances, and plays 2 different songs. He is in played with condition. Specifically, his eyes have notable paint rubs, and he could definitely stand to undergo a gentle surface cleaning all over with a damp soapy cloth. See pictures for details.
