This is a pair of matching 256MB PC800 RIMMs, aka RDRAM, for a total of 512MB RAMBus memory from Toshiba. These were pulled from a system I recently "decommissioned" several years ago due to simply working to reduce clutter here. They were working fine at the time of the decommissioning.
